18/U VIPERS are the Firestix-College Exposure Tournament Champions!

On Sunday - Dunfords Vipers took care of the 18/U Macomb Explosion with a 5 inning 13-0 victory while in the Championship finale the Vipers pull out a tough 4-3 win over the Michigan Outlaws.... A well played fastpitch game all the way! Congrats Ladies!

18/U VIPERS put on a hitting clinic - defeating the Macomb Explosion

13-3 in the Finale of the 9th annual ASA Sharks Classic!

The Vipers ended up 7-1 for the tournament beating the same Explosion team 3 times along the way! A Great Fathers Day Gift from the Viper Girls!

Great Job - now on to the NSA States in Potterville, MI

*As an added bonus 2 original players from the All Americam Girl Professional Baseball League (AAGBL, 1943-1954) were at Kyte Monroe for the weekend signing autographs. Helen Filarski of the Rockford Peaches, and Mary Moore of the Kenosha Comets. Helen Filarski's character was played by Rosie O'Donell in the movie "A League of their Own" and she is from the Detroit area. *Mary Moore believe it or not is still playing to this day!
